GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR U.S. BASED ACCOUNTS ONLY

For your convenience, we have set forth within the following terms and conditions a summary of the minimum qualifications for maintaining an account on The Shop. By establishing an account with The Shop you agree to the following terms and conditions and any policies, guidelines or amendments thereto that may be presented to you from time to time (collectively, the "Terms") in addition to the terms of use available at Terms of Use. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time by posting such amended Terms on axis.wmg.com/apply and/or our Policy Manual.

A.    ACCOUNT QUALIFICATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

 

1.     Qualifications:

In order to qualify as an account on The Shop, you must:

a.      place an initial minimum opening order of purchases exceeding $200.00; and

b.     purchase a minimum of $25,000.00 annually.

 We may, in our sole discretion, inactivate your account if you fail to meet this annual minimum. Please do not apply for a direct account with WEA/ADA if you do not intend to purchase a minimum of $25,000.00 yearly.

 

2.     Method of Payment:

At the present time, all accounts purchasing through The Shop must make payments using an active credit card at checkout. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. No other method of payment is currently accepted.

 

B.    CONDITIONS AND SURCHARGES FOR ORDERING AND SHIPPING

 

1.     MINIMUM ORDER POLICY/SURCHARGE FOR MINIMUM ORDERS

For all defined formats, WEA/ADA will accept orders and ship new releases (including new release extensions) in any quantity without additional shipment charges. For any other order requested totaling fewer than 30 units per ship-to location, an order surcharge of $20.00 will be applied.

 

2.     Proof of Delivery (P.O.D.)

The risk of loss and title for shipments pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. The Shop will accept P.O.D. requests only up to fifteen (15) days past the invoice date. The Shop customer service department will charge all accounts a $10.00 service/handling fee for each P.O.D. request accepted.

 

3.     Short Shipments, Mis-shipments, Visible Damage

Shipments are carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse.  However, in the event that you receive a short shipment or mis-shipment, you must file a claim with our customer service department within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has been visibly damaged, you must note such damage on the carrier’s freight bill and file a claim with our customer service department within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of goods. We will not accept any claims for short shipments, mis-shipments, or visible damage after such 15-day period. We will remedy valid claims for short shipments, mis-shipments and/or visible damage at our expense.

 

C.    EXPORT POLICY

 

As most of the products distributed by The Shop are for sale in the United States only, we reserve the right to refuse to sell any further products to any account that exports, or is believed to have the intent to export, any products outside of the United States.

 

D.    RETURN POLICY

 

All products purchased are sold on a one-way basis. We do not accept returns.

 

E.     PRICES

 

Our prices to you are as stated in the most current price listing located on theshop.wmg.com. We reserve the right to change prices at any time at our sole discretion.
